Charalambos & Elena Pattihis Foundation – Cyprus Multiple Sclerosis Association – MOU

The Charalambos & Elena Pattihis Foundation, known for its philanthropic endeavors and dedication to supporting vital causes across Cyprus, is proud to announce a significant partnership with the Cyprus Multiple Sclerosis Association. This collaboration is established through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on Wednesday, 21st April 2023, marking a commitment to enhance the lives of individuals affected by Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in Cyprus.

The formal signing took place at the headquarters of the Cyprus Multiple Sclerosis Association in Nicosia, with Mr. Charalambos Pattihis signing on behalf of the Charalambos & Elena Pattihis Foundation, and Mr. Savvas Christodoulou representing the Cyprus Multiple Sclerosis Association. This MOU underscores a shared vision to provide comprehensive support, including financial assistance, to empower the association in its mission.

Mr. Savvas Christodoulou expressed his gratitude towards Mr. Pattihis and the Foundation for their support and contribution. The signing was followed by a detailed tour of the Association’s facilities, offering the Foundation’s team insights into the impactful work and initiatives led by the Cyprus Multiple Sclerosis Association.

Founded in March 1986, the Cyprus Multiple Sclerosis Association has been a beacon of hope, spearheaded by patients and volunteers dedicated to improving the quality of life for those living with MS. The Association’s purpose is to ensure patients have the opportunity to enjoy a good quality of life, providing essential services such as physiotherapy, kinesiotherapy, as well as counselling, psychological, and social support.

With the backing of the Charalambos & Elena Pattihis Foundation, the Cyprus Multiple Sclerosis Association is set to further its reach and effectiveness in supporting individuals affected by MS, reinforcing the availability of essential services and support to those in need across Cyprus.
